Woo Hoo!

Website is finished since last Friday!

Almost Almost finished!

Ok so I had a look back at the website today and guess what I ended up changing basically everything on it!! Im much happier with it though and I think it looks way better!! Just have to add the site map to the website which shouldn't take long and then we are finished!! Yipee

Almost Finished!!

The website is basically done, well its actually fully done but you know the way when its done but there is just something about it that annoys you a bit like you need to jazz it up a little tiny bit more but cant really figure out what your going to do!

Like I could hand it up tomorrow if we had to but there are just one or two pictures I want to change and then I will be happy with it, the content is all in, just have to link the blog to the website which shouldn't be too difficult.

So ya one less thing to worry about... I am kinda annoyed though because I wanted it completely finished and out of the way but there is just one or two little things I want to change on it and its going to annoy me until I figure out what it is that just doesn't seem right!! Hopefully I will have that figured out by tomorrow because I have too much to do I can't give it any more of my time tonight!!

Here is another update.

We are just finished our project. Ashling has the design done out she just has to make a few changes and I have the content all written out. Now, all we have to do is just paste the content into the web pages. Oh I also have to create and design the blog for the web site. Hopefully, all things going well we should have everything done over the weekend.

Update

So here is another update. Me and Aisling had a meeting today to discuss our project. We looked at the design again and decided that we have to make a few small changes.

We made up the headings for each page. All that really has to be done now is to get information for each heading. I am really happy with how things are going, everything is falling into place now. Aisling and I plan to have the project done by this week. We will meet up again on wednesday to try and complete it.

Update

So I just changed our url to AislingandTanyasblog.blogspot.com thats the first bit of info!

We have decided that we will use www.wix.com to make our website because it looks easy enough to understand and it also looks nice and professional! Hopefully it will all work out!

I plan to get a fair bit of the design and layout of it done over the weeekend ... hopefully it will be finished and all we will have to do is put in the text information when Tanya comes back I'm not sure how ambitious that is but it will all depend on whether or not im arsed! So hopefully I will be and I can relax then and consider it pretty much out of the way!

Project Update

So today myself and Tanya decided that I would work away with the design and layout of the website and that Tanya would get all the information that we want on the website because she is not around the easiest thing to do seems to be to divide the work up in two so that we can both contribute and when Tanya comes back we will be able to collaborate!

So far today I have decided What information we want on each page and later on I plan to e-mail Tanya with a list of information we need her to get so we can keep moving with the project!

Along with this we have designed the logo for the Business Virtual Administration Ireland and the number of pages we want and links to each page! There is still alot to be done but I am confident that it will all come together once we get stuck right into it, and this seems to be the week for it as there is no other assignments or exams due this week so we can concentrate on this project and hopefully we will have the majority of it done by the end of the week.

Web Applications Project Part 1

In this group is Tanya Hogan and Aisling Carey, we have decided to make our website for a new start-up business, Virtual Administration Ireland which is a web based business. The very first day myself and Tanya looked at the idea we decided on the logo and colour scheme for the website. We went with blue and green thought that may change.

We also decided what pages we would include on the website, we also decided that one of us would 'design' the website in the sort of layout way obviously consulting each other constantly and the other would get the information that we would put on the website, As it is almost impossible for two people to use any one computer at the same time.

We have also decided that no decisions will be made alone and that we will consult each other before any final decisions are made.
